"This store and management team needs training on human kindness. Their customer service is AWFUL. My $40 gift card showed a $0 balance, despite never being used. After waiting for over 30 minutes in the store on hold with customer service, they found an “accounting error” on their end and said to wait 48 hours for a new gift card to be processed. I left the store and nearly 6 weeks later, several phone calls, another visit to the store, I still have yet to receive a new gift card. Sherri and Jillian, both managers, said there was nothing they could do and they were too “busy” to help resolve the issue. They made me feel like a very worthless customer and human being. I rarely leave feedback like this but I am speechless. I’ve filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well. I will be a Sephora loyalist from now on."

"The cashiers are amazing here but the manager ebony was very rude and ignorant toward her employees. I had trouble with a transaction of mine and they were asking for help from ebony and she was acting ignorant and taking her time with something else. She did not even speak to me directly as I was speaking to her. She could use more work on her managing skills."
