Everything is explained in great detail from the procedures to the cost. There were no surprises. Amber is very thorough going over the cost and exactly what it includes. Dr Brown is the absolute best. I was blown away by their technology and how perfect the outcome was. You walk away feeling like you have new family and friends. Lisa is the best Hygenist ever and really makes sure I am taken care of. Dr Brown and Dr Chaffin know what they are doing and make sure I am happy and understand the procedure.
