"I have been to the same person several times. I booked an appointment for 11am this morning (Sunday) the first of the day. A man had raced me to the door and the person who I booked with had him sitting in her chair by the time I got inside. She said he was a walk in, I said I have an appointment, I was on time. I walked out and drove over to Great Clips further along Bell Road and was seen immediately and got a great hair cut. This is the second time I have had an appointment at opening time at Cost Cutters and found my stylist just starting on a walk in. I am done with Cost Cutters at 91st and Bell."
