"This Dentist Office has decided to treat Veterans as the VA system is over whelmed. As such, good tax payer money is going to this business. It is appalling how this provider is not providing contracted services. Either get on the ball or don't accept the tax payer money. Delaying needed treatment, on going treatment being transferred in, on a time line being denied having inept staff. You want to run your business poorly, go for it. But don't do it with Veternas who are in need and Tax Dollars."

"I was going to this office for years so when I moved I decided I’d still drive the 40 minutes there. I had appt for this morning that I had to reschedule due to throwing my back out about an hour & a half ago (I have severe lumbar spinal stenosis with bone spurs next to nerves so my back is really annoying). My teeth are in absolutely horrible shape to the point where I’m actually terrified about losing (more of) them so that was running through my head when I called to reschedule. I was told the next appt would be the 23rd (today is the 8th) which I found surprising but I suppose it’s possible that during a pandemic Dr. Kasper built up his client list. So my choice was keep appt & drive there on pain meds & muscle relaxers or go twice. I’m not rolling in money here so the cost of gas + what the cost of the work would be is something I’d have to skip a bill for. Anyway, my years of loyalty has been rejected & I’m incredibly disappointed and near tears. Apologies for this emotional review, I’m just panicky right now. So now I need to find someone else and cross my fingers that they won’t be TOO expensive."
