"**Update: service manager Tim called and apologized and offered to make things right so i will give them another chance and raised the 1 star to 3 to account for the follow up. **A few years ago I switched from the Toyota dealership I purchased my Tacoma from to Larry Miller because the service dept was much better. However, the past 3 times in the last year I've gone here for routine maintenance (oil change, tire rotation) the service has gone downhill. I schedule my oil changes months in advance in the morning, yet wait times are 2-4 hours. You'd think if you wait that long they'd at least tighten your drain plug before you drive off. But no. Yesterday after leaving from my oil change I discovered a puddle of oil I'm my garage. By this time, the service dept was closed. So my dad came over to discover they never bothered tightening my oil drain plug and he had to come tighten it up so I wouldn't lose more oil! That is negligence and had I not caught it could have caused damage to my very well cared for truck. Not to mention when I arrived and drove in, the guest service person didn't even greet me. Just leaned into my window to get my mileage without saying one word to me and then started taking pics of my truck with a tablet (or that's what it looked like). Zero greeting. Then almost sent me away and I had to remind him I didn't pay yet. Now I regret buying the 2 for 1 because have an unused oil change and afraid to ever return here out of fear that once again they'll fail to tighten my drain plug. I hope nothing else was missed. 2 times before yesterday I inquired about the pricing on a lift and larger tires. The guest service person told me he'd inquire and call me back that afternoon. Do you think he called? No. So I got it done at a different business. The service dept is supposed to keep your vehicle in good working condition, yet now I'll always fear they'll damage my truck because they can't perform a simple task of tightening a drain plug after an oil change. I'm still waiting for management to call me after submitting a request. We shall see if they do. If you are consistently running 2-4 hrs behind and therefore cutting corners, stop scheduling people so close together if you can't keep up!!!!"
"I dread coming here. Every time I come in, they make me feel stupid and every time I leave, I feel like I didn't get my money's worth. I brought my vehicle here because it was under warranty but now that it's expired, I'm taking my vehicle to Wilhelm Automotive and SO SHOULD YOU! Wilhelm is the best name in the valley when it comes to good, courteous service and fair pricing. They even have financing options available. I've been going to them since 2016 and I've never been disappointed. They won't gaslight you and tell you they couldn't find the cause of your issue; they won't overcharge you to pay overhead costs and they'll always stand behind their service if you're not 100% satisfied. I honestly can't speak highly enough of them."
"Best part was the free coffee drinks. Service team manager was more surly than friendly. This car is my 8th Toyota but it will probably be the last. Never deal with Larry Miller Toyota again. Chapter 2: Had to bring my car back to Larry Miller service again. For the past 3 months my front tire on the right side has been losing air. I took my car to Big O because it was convenient and they filled my tires with air twice. After my tire went low on air again I took my car to the Larry Miller Toyota service and told them about my front tire and my history with Big O, Larry Miller service filled it with air and I left. I Noticed the tire going low again took my car to Larry Miller Toyota service and they filled the tire with air once again. About 3 weeks later the tire was down 5 lb took my car to Larry Miller Toyota service, they checked my tire and presented me with an estimate of $300 to replace the right front tire because they claimed there was a nail in the part of the tire that was not repairable. I understand the problem with the tire. What I don't understand is why it took the Larry Miller Toyota repair department about 2 months to tell me. When I asked the service person who was taking care of us why it took so long to identify the problem he just shrugged his shoulders and walked away."
