"I was actually excited to come here after seeing the reviews. It was my daughters first dentist appointment as well and her being our first we were excited. We didn’t get called back until an hour after our appointment and after me asking how much longer, which for a pediatric place …. Everyone knows kids can NOT wait that long. They had one toy in the lobby and it’s on the little ship but that’s it. Everything looks run down and old. It looks like there used to be wheels on the ship but it’s broken off. No other toys to keep kids busy. When we finally got called back only one parent was allowed with her so we were bummed about that and then in the room it says I cannot take any photos or videos of her (which I of course was not going to take any of staff just her because it’s her first appointment) so that was extremely disappointing.. Then we had to wait another 25 minutes in this room for the dentist and my toddler is already done from waiting an hour! He came in look at her teeth for 2 seconds and walked out. We were so disappointed after and our toddler went in super happy and came out so fussy and tired from just waiting so long. We definitely won’t be coming back."
"The doctors and dental assistants are always super sweet and talkative with my kiddos! It’s always a pleasant experience. My kids will ask me to go back after their visits and they’re always excited to go see the dentist when they are due for their appointments.
