"Had the basic interior and exterior detail done. They didn't take the time to make sure their wax only went where it needed to. I pointed out it when I picked up my vehicle. They assured me it would just come off. Well, 2 weeks and thoroughly scrubbing had not removed it. My truck is still covered in white flecks of wax on any platic or cloth exterior surface. The interior looks great but now the exterior looks permanently filthy. So in summary, the "detail" service is heavily lacking in attention to detail."
