"The hair cut is choppy and already thinning hair was thinned further by this stylist. Sides are visibly uneven and lopsided. The cut is so short it will need to grow out to be fixable. Our appointment was scheduled for 11 AM, but our stylisþ was not there! No exclamation given!! Very unprofessional."
