"We had an excellent experience at Polish Room 3. I had an appointment for two full sets and 5 pedicures. They were ready for us upon arrival and had our chairs ready. Staff was friendly and hospitable. All of our pedicures and manicures turned out exactly as we wished. While we were in the salon, there was an unruly customer, which they handled with dignity and discretion. From the nail artists to the front desk staff, we had an extremely enjoyable experience!"

"This was one of the worst manicures I’ve had in a while. I typically do my nails myself but decided to get them done before a trip. The nails themselves aren’t TOO bad, except the hands don’t match and the manicurist didn’t bother to check. What I was most disappointed in was the state of the skin around my nails afterwards…I didn’t notice before leaving but I have dried and crusted polish all over my skins. It was done so quickly and carelessly - absolutely no attention to detail. I have had good experiences in the past but the lady I had today (Bonnie? Brianna? I think?) didn’t put any effort in at all. Kevin though has done a great job here before! Definitely depends on who you get as your manicurist."

"I was very disappointed with my nails, I’ve gone to this place multiple times and they have been very pricey but the nails were decent. However when I went today it was horrible, my nails were different sizes, felt like they were rushing me out and very bulky. Definitely would have not paid $65 for them, will not be coming back again."
