"This is by far the worst Ulta I have ever been to. The employees are rude and when you do a pick up order the email say 2 hours or less if order before 6pm. I order mine at 5pm it wasn’t ready until 8pm. When I got there the employee were just sitting there doing nothing clearly this store needs better management"

"I stopped in this store yesterday to buy a lipstick and when the cashier Ariana was ringing it up she mentioned a credit card. I had already been wanting an Ulta credit card just like my Sally’s card so I agreed. After I got approved and payment was processed, I was walking out I hadn’t even reached the door and I heard Ariana bragging to the other employees saying “I got her! I got her for a credit card” and “she only saved $2”. I thought it was extremely unprofessional to speak about a customer before they have even left the store. Also, I didn’t care at all about the 20% discount, the lipstick was only $12 and I literally pay my 10 year old triple that amount for allowance every week. I didn’t appreciate it and I also didn’t appreciate how rude she was. In addition she didn’t even greet me when I reached the register. I hope the management see this and reprimands this young lady. She should learn a lesson in customer service before dealing with anymore customers. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth with Ulta, and has me set on going to Sephora instead from here on out!"

"I was greeted nicely and directed right away to the person who could help me. Laurie was great because I was only willing to buy one or 2 expensive products and she did not pressure me at all to replace my $8 mascara, blush and lip products. I thought that was very respectful of her. She applied a few products and taught me some techniques. I would look for her any time to help me."

"The employees helped me in a huge way. I walked in and asked if they would give me a spare mannequin head for a costume this Halloween, I even offered to buy one off of them. But they made my day by doing so for free. I can't thank them enough for that, these employees are the most friendly and kind full people."

"I went in today with my daughter and had a cashier named Luke. Luke was extremely rude and made smart comments because I didn’t want to donate money. Having Luke as a cashier and the face of the business is an awful idea and very harmful to the business. After my experience today with Luke it has made me never want to give this Ulta business."
