"This store has consistently gave my spouse and I horrible customer service. Last weekend we went into the Kierland store to purchase another pair of shoes my spouse wanted and were ignored for over 10 minutes. My spouse loves Allbirds and was wearing Allbirds and not once did the two behind the counter even acknowledge we were there. They were too busy with their conversation about the weekend. After about 10 minutes we left and as we left I told them we had came in to buy more shoes and then they finally looked up. This week 5/13 my spouse went into the store to buy these green shoes he has had his eye on for awhile. Once again the sales associates ignored him, and he left. We even went to the store in Westgate to look for the shoe, but they did not have it in stock. We spoke with the associate at Westgate about the problem with the Kierland store and she said she will talk to the manager. This is very disappointing. My spouse owns multiple pairs of Allbirds shoes. As of right now it is the only shoes he will wear and likes to have them in every color. At this point I don't see why anyone would have loyalty to a shoe brand that cost about $130 and the sale associates are rude and very unhelpful."
