"Wife and I went in as walk-ins today and had two different…one we had had before and new one. Both of us asked, “Please don’t take off too much.” OOPS! We look like a couple of skinheads. Do NOT go here. Terrible."

"Saw Alexis Had to keep asking Alexis to wet my hair and seemed like an imposition I asked to have my hair (that was bra length) cut to just above my shoulders and the top cut the same as my bangs and blended to the bottom, ended up with the front looking like dog ears and the back ended up cut short (not long layers). Also took less than 8 minutes. I went back to have the dog ears blended and again had to ask her to spray my hair with water and with exasperation she cut it and told me to come back the next day to see someone else. I got back to my sons and have short and long parts (my grandson could have done better) I called and said I was not happy and she said “I did what you wanted” and hung up called back and she claimed to be the manager and once again said I did what you wanted and hung up on me again. Had my daughter in law call and explain that I was not satisfied and the receipt said if not satisfied within 7 day (mind you this was all within an hour) she said come in Monday and talk to her manager (she claimed she was). Refused $ back and was rude and hung up on 2 times and cut was HORRIBLE!!! Now hair is 1-2 inches uneven all ever"

"We're from out-of-state so took a chance and tried this salon. I have short hair so it's easy to mess it up. De cut my hair and did an absolutely phenomenal job! Not only did she cut it exactly the way I wanted, I had no problems with it afterward. She's very skilled, very talented and definitely knows what she's doing!! And is a very nice person to interact with. I highly recommend her! Thank you!"
