"I was told by several avid runners that the Runners Den was the go to local place for great service. Perhaps I went on an off day or my expectations were unrealistic. I was seeking a specific shoe that is in short supply as the Brooks models are being phased out as the new models are coming in. I was told that if anyone in town would have these shoes, the team at the Runners Den would be the best to take care of me. Sadly, I felt that the staff member who was helping me was less than thrilled to see what options were in stock. I realize that it was probably easier to sell the most recent and available shoe, but I left the store (after buying the shoes) feeling like I was an imposition."
"Quick and painless. Visited on a Saturday morning and there was enough staff to help every customer in the place. Looking for new running shoes the staff member suggested 3 options in my size to try on and opted to purchase one of the three. Customer service was professional. Will be a repeat customer."
