"No customer service what so ever. I drove half hour to the worst part of town. (My fault now) because I Made an online order for pick up and they sent the wrong size, rcvd no apologies- James behind the register just repeatedly said “do you want to return”. He couldn’t explain with any sales or customer service intelligence why they could not re order the shoe for me. But he did say with a rude tone that “ I came in with a vibe that made him off”. I would be angry to for working behind a register at his age."

"Go in for a pair of work shoes, and notice a worker standing up front zoning out the door. No acknowledgement whatsoever which I'm cool with. I take maybe ten minutes to select a pair of shoes for work, and make my way up to the front where I stand there for five minutes with the same dude just zoned out. I finally get annoyed enough to ask is there anyone coming to ring me up, and his response is "should be". After another few minutes a girl walks up acting annoyed that she has to work, and finally rang me up. Like damn do you really gota b rude it's your job. Will definitely not be going back."

Not even a month later my Vans logo fell off. So I am extremely disappointed that because it's two days after my 30 days they can't help me"
