"I would give them a half star if I could.!! I bought some cute shoes for my grand daughter that were too big so I took them back an hour later & they would not exchange them. Meritxell and another cashier were helping us, but were extremely rude about the entire situation and preceeded to say there is nothing they could do. The receipt clearly states you have up to one week to exchange!!!!!! Shame on J and G footwear for not following their policies!!"
