"For context, I took this photo the Friday evening before CHRISTMAS. I had to buy a gift for my nephew and waited about an hour while shopping to see if they would open back up...they did not. I like this store, despite the steep prices and mediocre service/attention from the staff. I thought I would give them another chance when I went to the mall this past weekend and once again CLOSED for two hours on a weekend!!! Not sure who is running this place but it is an extremely unprofessional business."

Extremely careless and unprofessional to leave a note when they know they’re going to take forever. Didn’t even care to check if someone is waiting outside. Use to be a customer but never again!!!"

"We bought some beautiful dresses for my daughter from this store today. The woman working the cashier was extremely kind and helpful. She helped us with questions about sizes and picking out shoes. The clothes here are pricey but it's true that you get what you pay for. Our daughter will be able to wear these clothes for at least over a year and then we'll hand them over to her little cousin. The quality is simply amazing. Will be coming back to get her clothes here from now on."
