The guy named Evan tonight kept cutting me off while ordering food, got the order wrong, and still couldn’t get it right after saying the order over… Seems to me like he was either on something, or simply doesn’t care about being there to work on the job."
"Don’t eat here. Planning on dining in with my 3 kids. Walk in to 2 people strung out barely able to stand in the entrance. We waited for one of our the individuals that could barely stand to finish his order before coming to the counter. We then waited for the cashier to acknowledge us, never asked us what we wanted, just stood there. Then my son asked to use the restroom, where he was refused entrance to the restroom because we had not paid yet, we were in the middle of ordering. Congratulations Dairy Queen, you lost a life long customer."
"Although the mango freeze was good. They gave me a small versus the medium we paid for. When we showed them the problem, they said there is an even smaller cup. A couple days earlier, I actually got a medium freeze."
