"I love Firehouse Subs but today was exceptional. Not only did my online order only take about 5 min to make but I was able to run inside and request my sandwich be cut into thirds. I also asked Riley if I could pay for some extra pickles because my daughter is really sick and she wanted “Five pickles for lunch”. He said there was no extra charge for pickles and definitely came through. Great service today. Thank you so much!"
