"I checked out at 8:51 on 12/21. The manager pretended to be a deaf person when customers walked in. She told them the store was closed and then as they walked away she laughed and pretended to sign at them and speak with a speech impediment. She turned multiple customers away before closing time and threatened to lock the doors on everyone shopping inside."
"They are more focused on their price points going up then they are about employees and the community."

"Dressing rooms are closed still and no one can explain why. Goodwill's website says they should be open. Shelves are always a mess and shoes are now color coded instead of grouped by size."
