"Sadly I must reduce my initial five-star review. I purchased a washing machine from Sally's about 4 months ago. The staff was exceptionally friendly and the deal seemed great at the time. However, buyer beware. What looked like a good appliance initially has now revealed its flaws. The machine had some rust issues in the tub that were seemingly painted over, and after four months, the paint has worn away, rendering the machine nearly useless. I appreciate the initial customer service, but the quality of the appliances requires some caution when shopping here."

"We needed an affordable washer and dryer set for a rental house. We found Sally's online and decided to go check it out. The buying experience was favorable and without incident. My five star rating is based on what happened after we got the machines home. We got them home, installed and ran a load. The dryer would not heat at all. I called first thing Monday morning and they immediately sent a technician out. They told us to expect him by noon and he was there earlier than expected. He was professional and quickly repaired the dryer. You never know for sure what to expect when buying refurbished, but based on Sally's commitment to customer satisfaction, I would definitely do business with them again!"
