"Formerly Basha’s…..food selection caters to Mexican cuisine, which is one of my faves. Not extensive brand choices like Fry’s or Albertsons. Be sure and purchase the double chocolate cake, stays moist and is fabulous."
"Had one of the female employees come up and tell me not to buy anything "food or drinks" for the homeless outside the store. I will spend my personal dime on whomever I chose to do so. Including people of MY community and on MY ANCESTORS land. I personally prefer Safeway to shop at, and don't mind making a stink to my husband on stopping either. Or just going next door instead and buying a full combo from Burger King. Again to the OWNER, I will not be told what I can or cannot spend MY PERSONAL finances on. Hold your employees accountable or post a sign prohibiting homeless from your parking lot. Which isn't a great look either. I'd give negative stars if I could."
"This store used to be a Bashes. It is now remodeled to be a Food City. If you are used to the East and France know that it has now been moved to the West most side of this store. The exit for this store is now in the middle of the building. I found the location to be really good. There are 2 nearby pharmacies that you can get your items if this store does not have what you're looking for. The deli and bakery have some very unique and fun items you can also sit down and enjoy your afternoon there in their eating area. I was also able to find very unique plants as gifts in the florist department. The only thing I did not like about the remodel is that they have polished the cement floor to a very shiny finish and I am always scared about slipping and falling on it. The bathrooms are clean. I love the tile on the wall. I like that each tell has a hook to hang your purse so you don't have to put it on the floor."
"This used to be Bashas, on Mesa Dr. & Brown Rds. Different feel to the store, it was busy, clean, and I believe it'll be a great location for them. Menudo is good, but couldve came with corn tortillas or pan. It was very good"
"The 80s are alive in Bashas'. Good riddance that these are all closing. High prices and disgusting interiors that look to have never been updated. Most Bashas' look like this so no wonder the company is going out of business besides their high prices?"
