Reviews
"great thrift store don't listen to any of the bad reviews people over exaggerate its never that deep I always find something cool here and the deals are amazing and the staff is really polite too."
"This place is a joke. The manager does not care about customer service. He is rude and all he cares about is running you out of the store. My wife and I have spent a lot a money here and we will never come back again. So be warned if you want to be ripped off and treated like a piece of crab then this is the place to go. Horrible I can find cheaper stuff at Walmart and it's new."
"Visited the store and attempted to purchase yellow tagged items ( on yellow tag sale day)that they were removing from the shelf and purposely breaking. Was told by the manager that they were making room on the shelves. Doesn't make sense to break things and not allow them to be sold on sale day."
"This store has some cool things but also some major downfalls. I like to go here because it really is more curated than your average thrift store, they seem to weed out a lot of the random pieces no one wants. The boutique also has some unique and trendy items sometimes. HOWEVER, the most annoying thing about this place is that there are NO fitting rooms and NO returns. Not even for store credit. This is just so convenient. Especially because it’s definitely on the expensive end for thrift stores. So not only are you charging $17 for a pair of used jeans, but we can’t even try them on, and if we buy them and they don’t fit.. we’re just outta luck. You have to at least do ONE.. add a fitting room, OR accept returns, OR lower your prices so it’s at least worth the risk. I know this cuts into your profit, but you can at least pretend to care about customer satisfaction. Also the “no tag, no sale” rule is just so silly, can you not determine the pricing of your own item if the tag somehow becomes unattached? Im convinced they added this rule just to be a little extra annoying."
"Prices are a bit on the high side, but they do have constant sales to make up for it (75 or 45% off certain colors). Staff was friendly. But the biggest problem is they are stapling, with 2 staples, the price tags to the shirts. So every shirt you get comes with now 4 additional holes in it. If they just used uniform prices this wouldn't be necessary. So just know if you are buying clothes it comes with free holes in it."
