"Visited last Saturday and were helped by Steven Elliot. In-store visit went alright, but he wrote down a list of items that he was going to generate a quote for, and "would have pricing for us Monday". Monday and Tuesday came and went with no quote so I followed up with an email to him on Wednesday. Still no response. Currently building, so timeline is very important. Customer service is non-existent here. We are looking to purchase about $12-15k in shower and steam-generator equipment plus bathtub, but will now be taking our business elsewhere because Steven couldn't be bothered."
"The customer service experience for us was incredibly off putting. Not only did they not install our appliances (which we outfitted our kitchen) but they never responded. It is incredibly disapointing the service offered here given the luxury of appliances - I would recommend to look elswhere"
