"The newly remodeled showroom is spectacular. It is great to be able to touch and enjoy the equipment and make on the spot evaluation of what is going to be best in your new kitchen. The presentation by Chef Dan is very informative and explains the different types of cooking. Steam, infrared. induction and gas. Questions are asked and answered about Sub-Zero refrigeration food preparation on the Wolf cooking equipment and cleanup with the Cove dishwasher. Topping it off is a delicious meal prepared during the demonstration by Master Chef Dan. Bon Appetite"
