"I like to go shopping here but yesterday I had a bad experience with a worker. She claimed that I gave her “an attitude” which clearly I did not. She was going to refuse to let me pay for my groceries and overall she was the one giving me a attitude."

"April, the cashier is incredibly unprofessional and rude. I’ve been shopping at this location for over years and it’s the first time I see her working there and it was the worst experience ever. Not only does she not greet you, she also scans the items with no care. She seems like she doesn’t want to be there. Her customer service is bad. She needs to also be trained on how to talk to people, you ask her something or say anything to her and the way she responds back is extremely rude. Working customer service is definitely not one of her expertise. If she doesn’t want to interact in person she shouldn’t be working directly with customers. Everyone else there if they’re having a bad day, they seem to know how not to let it affect their day. They help you and go on about their shift, but not this specific cashier. Please do better food city on hiring cashiers like her."
