"Wow your response is shady too! I never said I wanted a free refund, I wanted a functioning product. How disrespectful. Why does your website claim Brand New Product? Why are you lying to your customers? How about you answer a real question instead of implying I wanted to steal from you? Are you delusional? How ridiculous to screw over a customer and act Smug about it. Shady business owner. Bought a queen bed frame, website claims All Brand New Product (lies) the box was covered in duct tape should’ve been first red flag, lug the thing upstairs to open up and discover all the slats are missing rendering product entirely Unusable. Call store, employee informs me I MUST bring the faulty product back for my money, so cue lugging this whole thing back down stairs to my car all the way to their store. Never mind I just moved in to my new place, had to get screwed by these guys too! Employee goes on to inform me the owner is aware of what they’re doing, they’re deliberately buying damaged goods on the low and claiming it’s new, and selling to us. Who cares about busted stuff, just make it someone else’s problem! The good reviews are a lie, don’t spend your money here, not even offered a coupon or discount for the physical labor and headache you put me through because you wanted to save a couple bucks. Scummy."

"Cool place. Some deals are amazing, and some are okay! A discount is a discount, but if I'm buying something discounted I look for bigger discounts than 10 to 25%. The baby stuff is definitely nice and discounted very well. The only downside is ...is the inventory doesn't change that often. I come once every 2 weeks to check, and honestly, 90% has been the same. Check their OfferUp page for stuff. They post pictures of new and current stuff in store daily"
