"This is a horrible Fry's. One of the most worthless managers on the face of the Earth is there at night. She's a heavy set obese or fat whatever you say woman with a greasy pony tail who refuses to give customers change and stands and talks about customers in front of other customers. She's about as lazy as it gets. It sounds like she's dying every time she has to do a simple task because she's too heavy set (fat) to be working. I think I've almost called 911 a couple of times because she sounds so horrible breathing when she asked to move. That's just that's the beginning. The security guard is horrible he's an older black gentleman who refuses to do anything to the thugs that are in the store stealing but will regularly harasss the regular customers checking bags and checking carts as they leave. Even touching customers. Just literally to act like he's actually doing a job. I've never been to a Fry's or Kroger like this. They refuse to do anything to help the customers and treat the customers like chit and it's a continuing policy there. I've complained to Fry's several times and no one seems to do anything about it. I'm a former employee of Fry's and I know what they're doing there is wrong and a violation of corporate policy but it doesn't make any sense to me. Why you keep allowing it!!! You're losing customers because of a horribly incompetent staff at this store. If the obese managers hates us customers so much WHY IN THE HELL DOES THIS WOMAN WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE???? I'm not alone in these feelings as other reviews show. Why does Frys/Kroger allow this to continue???"

"This store is a dump the employees are a bunch of rude old women that hate having to do anything that might be considered work. They just close up the customer service, whenever they feel like it. I tell the cashier I just need cigarettes and they just start yelling at me "the registers can get you cigarettes" when they are literally two feet away from her. What a joke Don't waste your time shopping here. Absolute trash people working here."

"Good selection. Better prices than Safeway. Friendly employees (except the female wearing braces in the bakery, who is responsible for one missing star in this review) I do wish they would have proper staffing rather than relying on customers to scan and bag their own items. I DO NOT WORK FOR YOU. That said, this is as good as grocery shopping can be at this time."
