Fry's 3036 East Thomas Road, Phoenix, AZ 85016

"Regrettably on this one, I can't give a good review. I was there more than once and this is not the only Fry's location I have been to.Recently I was waiting in line to be able to do a self-checkout. Only two machines were open. Cashiers on the other end were the two only ones available and a line of a least 15 people waiting at each one. Luckily I was able to do a self-checkout. Employees are doing what they can. But I don't understand why only two cashiers were there on a Saturday at 10 AM. and they had like three other registers closed. The inside is "ok". I saw better in other locations. And yes: the parking lot is a little " compromised " with people driving unsafely and yes people coming a little "aggressively" asking for money. A woman and her teenage son came to me with a sign asking for money.  I said I don't have any, as it was true. But I offered that lady and her son 3 melons that I had. I showed that to them and the teenage boy said: " I don't like those" . Wow...some people are hungry and they eat what they can. But..I leave it there. She kept shaking the sign on my face. 'Give me money" Sorry, but it was true I didn't have any as I was in overdraft at my bank after my grocery shopping which was $ 14.00. That's my experience. Thank you."

"This Fry's has its ups and downs. The employees there are amazingly nice and sweet. Sometimes they don't have what I'm looking for but I always come out with more than I supposed to. Love the markdowns."

"This is the best Frys in the city as far as I'm concerned because it's by my house and it's the only one I go to. (⁠+⁠_⁠+⁠) Same selection is every other Fry's. They do not take Apple pay Google pay or any other type of tap pay which is very frustrating. Anytime I don't have my wallet with me I can't purchase anything here. Otherwise this is a fantastic store."

"Great store. Shelves are well stocked, the aisles are clearly marked and are easy to navigate. Produce is fresh, deli department is helpful and knowledgeable. Beer and liquor section has lots of options and variety. The pharmacy is awesome with very nice staff. The store staff is knowledgeable and helpful, they actually know where things are and if not they will help you find what you're looking for, security is also friendly. This is my go to store."
