"This goodwill is busy at all hours of the day, which isn’t the issue. The issue is that they have so many racks on the floor whilst sorting items on the floor. The employees, to be honest, the majority are rude. They don’t care if you’re looking at any of the items on the floor, they will sort and item right in front of you. I had an employee stare at me until I moved out of her way. VERY UNORGANIZED."

"This is one of the best goodwills. Staff are friendly & quick and the prices are not marked up like others around town. They definitely move stuff here and it seems to operate smoothly. Maybe this manager needs a promotion or could teach other store how to do it right!"

"I am new to the area and have never been to the area before.. I originally took an Uber to the water and ice for a snow cone. Not even knowing there was a goodwill next door. After getting my snow cone I was gunna check out what they had. I moment I walked into the store instead of being greated with a hi or welcome. I was instantly greated with get out I'm calling lsecurity. I tried to ask what it was that I did so wrong. Since I literally was in the store for less than a minute. And responded again with get out. which means based on my apprearence since the minute she looked out me. She instantly told me to leave. Even other customers looked confused and made comments to me outside saying what she did was messed up. This cashier was completely rude and unprofessional. And thanks to her this store lost what would have been a frequently visited and paying customer. You should teach your staff what discrimination means/is."

"I don’t know who the new pricer is at the store but apparently they think it’s eBay there’s a USB hub for $20 and stereos that are older than I am for 40 bucks subwoofers on eBay sell for $50. They have them priced at 40 here apparently this store doesn’t ever want to sell anything again."
