"I spent more time in line than I did shopping. The manager came up front 2 times but she never offered to help the cashier & no apology to customers. This is totally unacceptable for any retail business! I give kudos to the cashier to keep a semi-positive attitude, especially as he says being abandoned at the register (my words not his) happens "quite often"."
"I like how they show a picture of this store on the website, looks like it's a brand new stand alone store nestled in a bright suburban setting, with it's own parking lot to boot. Obviously the photo artist has never seen a Dollar Tree out on the street, because they are all located in strip malls, and while this store is in a decent area, many locations are situated in less than desirable areas. So if you happen to be looking for this store you may want to check the photos on google for a more accurate visual ."

"I usually love the dollar tree! Awesome hair/nail accessories, amazing dog accessories, arts and crafts fantastic , & so much more! This however is the first location where I was. Immediately greeted with a condescending manager with an awful look on her face. After the second rude remark I just turned around and walked right out of the store and never looked back. I've always had great experiences with all the employees! They have ALWAYS been very helpful and friendly. This location needs new management immediately! The staff is a total turn off and are definitely loosing money for the company at large! 100% worth driving the extra mile or two to the next location where the staff are friendly and helpful!"
"I've been coming to this store for 12 years, I shop almost weekly there. I wanted to exchange some yarn but couldn't find my receipt; manager said no. Wow! No customer service at all here. She didn't offer to look up my receipt based on my debit card I used, or say, this will be the last time I can do this for you..."
