"My family has been with Tmobile for years and always has a bad experience. This last one took the cake. Went into attempt getting a new phone. Employee would not suggest any options but instead answer only when asked specific things. Did not make us aware of extra charges and made changes to our account that was authorized under the wrong impression, then when we specified we wanted it removed, he confirmed, but didn't actually remove the changes. Wasted 2 hours as we'll be seeking service from somewhere else."

"Came to this T-Mobile for the first time. Usually go closer to my house. Awesome location. YAMI Was the name of my customer service rep who was awesome truly caring and extremely helpful resolution. George is the manager thank you T-Mobile for taking the time to vet your employees because the manager hired awesome people and the whole vibe is good here support this location for T-Mobile if you have that service or if you’re looking to change."

"Employees are extremely not helpful, they do not know what tmobile offers are. When i went there to buy a prepaid paln of $10 they told tmobile doesn't have any such prepaid plan. I asked them if they can help me just buy the sim card and i can work with customer care over phone to get that prepaid plan on that sim but they refused to sell the sim card as well. I had to call the tmobile customer care (611) and had to made her talk to in strore employee just to buy a sim card and customer care helped me over phone to activate the $10 prepaid plan. The store employee were not just ill informed about tmobile offers but were also arrogant."

"AVIOD AT ALL COAST!!!!!! If I could give a -100 stars, I went in there for jump on demand not only did they completely mess up my account but now I am having to use the phone I already have plus another older phone that I had on my account just in order to get into any of my apps and then I have to use a second phone to be able to make phone calls and emails when I called T-Mobile. They have no idea how they could’ve messed up my phone so bad and I still didn’t get my jump on demand, when I told them what phone I wanted the 15 promax I was told by the representative that they have it in stock but in order to give it to me, they would have to sell me at least two accessory’s. That was my breaking point. I don’t usually cuss people out but at this time I let them know where they could go and they could take the phone with them. I called T-Mobile line directly the gentleman on the line fixed the problem within minutes and is sending me a brand new iPhone 15 Pro Max in white and he’s overnighting it. The store is a complete scam. It is owned by a third-party."

"The only reason I didn’t give them five stars is because of the not so great location on the very noisy and chaotic Cave Creek and union intersection, people revving engines and skidding on the street, however, the Customer Service was excellent, friendly and positive, helpful at this location, I tried to go to the T-Mobile store at 245 East Bell Rd, which is closer to me, but they are very unfriendly at that store so it was very refreshing to have this experience at this store, thanks for the help and showing me that not all T-Mobile stores are run poorly, I think the managers name was berniece? Very helpful and kind, she told me over the phone that they had an iPhone 13 for me, and thankfully she held one aside for me, because when I came in, they just sold the last one! Thank you"
