Reviews
"The employees here are liars and got to be about the rudest people I’ve ever seen it doesn’t matter how much stuff you buy at this place. They lied to you about the restrooms, not being available, but yet they’ll let crackheads use the restrooms I think the manager at the store needs to be fired. It has been like this since last year. This is one of the worst Goodwill’s ever if he asked the wrong questions, employees will get in your face"
"Rude employees, dressing rooms are closed, employees don't want to open the bathrooms so you have to wait a long time to pee, overheard employees gossip about customers, one employee was fired over something insignificant... Infuriating experience overall for a lot of former customers. I do not recommend this location, take your money somewhere else... They don't respect the customers, your stuff or their own employees. Bad location overall. Edit (update): employees are obviously being encouraged to make positive reviews of this location... Isn't that like, insider trading or something? Edit 2: Prices for a lot of donated items here are overpriced and it's weird for employees not to take in gently used, perfectly working furniture."
"Can not try on jackets in the store not the dressing room, in the store. You must purchase, if it doesn't fit you will get a store credit. We shop Goodwill every senior Tuesday and this is a FIRST for me."
"I have donated here many a times and had a good experience. Came today (02/14/2024 08:24 pm) to drop/donate item and the backdoor was closed/locked so I knocked and asked the guy I saw from outside and the brother had some attitude problem it seems. Same thing happened last time as well but I ignored. If he is not happy then he should speak with his manager but man, that has to change to survive in the world. Anyway, not coming back again at this store because there are no signs if it was closed or not. I am not a magician to know if it was closed or not."
"Nice selection of items. Nicely arranged store, clean and not cluttered. Friendly help. First time shopping there, will return!"
