"I will add 0 stars to this place if I can. I am a visitor to this country and experienced yet another racist incident here where the management refused to serve me and my friend. Entering the store we were cordially greeted with a disgusting "20 minutes again to get out". Proceeded to get a bottle of alcohol when the cashier said sorry can't sell you with your type of Ids! I am 40 yrs old (who not by my choice have to be in this state) and have to now walk with my passport to buy one beer?? But to top that off my id is then not good enough for a little that cashier who simply DOES NOT WANT TO SELL ME??! WHY? I can only say they're racist! Be consistent with your ridiculous rules because at the liquor store i bought what I wanted! Do your employees feel a sense of satisfaction by doing their duty of refusing me to spend my money on a beer?? Would you also ask us for id for our 2 yr old or my 70 yr old mother? What's your point?!"

"This location seems to be managed better than some other Frys in the area, they had everything I needed and plenty of hand baskets and grocery for easy shopping. They were well stocked in easy to shop aisles."

"This particular Fry's doesn't care about the customers and what they want .. you can ask them to order something for you but they have every excuse in the world why they can't or won't .. if the customer wants something that you normally don't carry ..you should try to order it for the customer .. or they'll definitely shop elsewhere for the items your store manager refused to order. Customer satisfaction should matter to your store.. I recommend that you don't shop at this location .. anymore .. unless you're satisfied with the lack of communication and customer service .. I know that they have the ability to order those items for the customer .. but it's obvious that they don't really care about their customers"

"This location has a better selection and layout than most frys. It was originally a Smith's so is bigger than a standard frys but not as big as a marketplace. Over the last year the lines are longer and less actual cashier lines open. Selection of items is also a little more limited but not sure if due to changes or covid. Has many long term staff members which is nice. Don't know why they have to remodel or move everything around so often but love this neighborhood grocery store. Is our go to store."
