Reviews
"Zia records perhaps one of the largest in Phoenix but poor in quality. 80% of the records on display for sell are used rock/pop music. The good and the all time great classical composers and conducters as well as the marvelous operas and soundtracks from stage and movie production are non existing at Zia Records. The jazz section is very small and shy in content with few exceptions. For those who appreciate the richness of world music they will be rather disappointed because there aren't any. Zia records owns the potential to be a great place for music lovers but it seems that inspiration and creativity is not part of Zia Records nature. If you courios about learning on how a record shop setup should be, take a trip to Los Angeles and try Amoeba Records in Hollywood, California. You will be amazed."
"Love the new store. Wish they'd put a little more time into how they are organizing things. For instance Mildred Piece in the drama section was $12.99., but after roaming around I found their "classics" section and found it for $3.99. I found the staff friendly. I felt I got good credit for my trade."
"A great place for new and used media, pop culture merch and novelties."
"I traveled across town on my bike carrying over two hundred comics from the sixties all the way to the last couple years I researched what this store wanted and did everything I could to prepare for this trip I arrived an half hour before the deadline to drop off at the sales counter to be told that I'm too late there are two people before me and their stuff will take us past the eight o'clock deadline so it's impossible to get to mine tonight so you can't trust anything this company tells you online there customer service is like everywhere else is becoming they are false discourteous and lazy poor america"
