"The absolute most ridiculously unhinged, rude staff I’ve ever seen or met in my entire life because the manager doesn’t see me. She refuses to believe that I shop at the store every day and was extraordinarily rude about a statement that wasn’t even remotely a big deal I was just staying I shop here all the time that was the first part of my frustration, her denying that I shop at her store on a regular basis, a trivial and ridiculous statement because she says she’s there all the time and she doesn’t see me well she could comprehend that I’ve lost 80 pounds this year and maybe that she just doesn’t recognize my face beyond the fact that she has checked me out three or four times. I could get over that, but she was very condescending and rude the entire time and object was missing an item. It was scanned in with seven items. There was only six of them. I asked for a discount the entire time she treated me like trash. I just brought up to her. Why are you treating me this way I shop here all the time I’m a patron of this particular location regularly. I purchased a lot of things for all of my customers at this location and she was just so unkind and very disrespectful. I would’ve been fine buying the object without a discount, but she was not built or made for customer service at all. This young lady does not understand what it’s like to treat people with kindness and respect absolute delusion. And the fact that her manager is backing her up, knowing for a verifiable fact that an item had been misplaced or stolen, and they weren’t gonna make even the smallest of discount knowing that they scanned it in and one of the items is missing it’s just absolutely silly."

I had a merchandise card to use from a previous return and forgot to give it I hadn’t even left the cash register when I remember and I was declined to me use it . All that was needed was as to cancel rhe transaction and do it over and he played like he could only exchange . I hadn’t even left the register from the current transaction . No common since or Courtesy"

"The staff were very friendly and handle my exchange smoothly. The merchandise was overflowing as usual and filled with marvelous deals. Go over and take a look and dont forget to ask what color tag is half price each day."

"This is at the goodwill at 75th ave and thomas. This is the wonwns bathroom. So disgusting it is unusable. Do the employees here not know how to check a bathroom barely after 9 in the morning and this is the state of the bathroom. How can they open it to the public like this. It wasnt even busy and I had to wait forever at the showcase. May never be coming back here again"
