"They had items with the wrong price on them and had to wait for a manager to tell cashiers to honor the price but cashier said "He shouldve read the label properly." Twice and had an attitude made me go back to the aisle to show her where item was even though another employee had already told her and again she said "He shouldve read the label properly." Very poor cusomer service i didnt even buy the items after i was basically told i didnt know how to read in front of my kids"

"Finally went for my first time. Exceeded our expectations. Good quality produce and selection. You can buy items by the case to get even more savings. A lot of bulk size options for their offerings. There’s also a bulk section to get exact quantities you want. I thought it would be similar to a 99c only store, but this has much better selection and larger store. Some of the deals aren’t as good as 99 though."

"First time here. Found a few goodies for my large family. Was excited for the prices. Thought I could just sign up for a club card & get the savings. But I had to download the app. Sign up. Then look for what I bought. I didn't have time for that. So I didn't get much savings. I thought it was a simple club card that they scan & deduct the savings. Not sure when I will go back to shop here. Other than that... Enjoyed the variety of choices. Very clean. And friendly staff. ☺️"

"I like smart and final extra because they have a certain produce items that are harder to find and regular supermarkets. I also really like the fact that they sell a lot of bulk items. This particular Smart and final is always very clean and organized."
