Five Below

"I like five below, I was employed by them at their very first store and helped open 9 more. Their merchandise is good quality for a fair price. I don't recommend buying household products there they are cheaper else where"

"This place has poor costumer service! My friend and I went here to look around at all the trinkets and we left after about 20-25 minutes, we didn’t end up purchasing anything. After we walked out the door a young girl with short brown hair came after us and told us angrily that “ we are never welcomed back in that store ever again!” we were very confused so we ask “why”. She accused my friend of stealing, she said “ because of that cup!” mind you my friend was holding a Stanley cup, which they DO NOT sell at 5 and Below. We showed her the cup telling her that it’s a Stanley and then she apologizes saying “ oh well we’ve been getting a lot of people stealing lately sorry “. Her apology wasn’t given in a meaning full way so we just want people to know that if you are a teenager watch out because they will profile you and ban you and accuse you of stealing. Just because “ you are the type that would”!!"

"I came shopping at this location tonight with my two children, the man working was extremely unpleasant, unprofessional and rude to my kids. They complimented his attire as he was dressed in colorful sparkly rainbow clothing and had on a face full of costume makeup, he didn’t even acknowledge them besides huffing at them. When asked any questions he seemed annoyed, annoyed to do his one simple job to help customers and be pleasant. Every other time I have gone into any five and below location everyone is so kind, helpful and have honored and given me a military discount under the manager discount or friends and family and 15%off and I shop at these stores weekly. When I asked Pan he rudely told me no. I asked if he could please get clarification and he then proceeded to roll his eyes and get on the phone. When the conversation was completed he came over to me and said “I told you, you don’t get a discount.” The way he spoke to myself and my family was so unbelievably rude."

"It’s pretty cool store. More stuff that is cheap but actually working. My kids are enjoying checking everything and buy it if they like it. Good customer service and so friendly especially Pam( Queen). Very hard working and always have smile on face. I think Queen can be a great manager in all department. Five below needs to think about it."
