"I watched 2 people walk out of the store and thinking I could walk in and the lady wanted me to wait at the gate! For her to check out people like if she was the only one working! I waiting so long I watched 6 people walk away because we could not understand why she wanted us to wait. I really like this store and shop here often! And this is the worst service I have ever gotten! I really didn’t want to buy anything due to the service but I came to the mall for this store and 2 others. Victoria shame on you for making me feel like garbage! They are so lucky I found a pair of jeans I really like! Other wise I would not have got anything! The manager Christina tried to make it better but unfortunately was not very good at it! Sad!"
