The kid who "helped" me couldn't have been more disinterested, Didn't seem to know the product, didn't listen to the sizes, couldn't answer basic questions and I began to wonder if he was just stoned or something. I just gave up and went to the Levi's store instead."

"I went in looking for some capris and the staff was amazing. I wanted more color options and when they learned I had a bunch of the same for but in full length they told me I could hem them all to crop for free! I literally had 13 pairs. That would’ve cost me $260+ Dollars to do them at a seamstress place ! There is a Jean short I want that comes out soon and they put me on their list to call as soon as it arrives. I was very happy with their customer sevice snd will be going back for sure !"

"First and last time I will buy this brand. The stores are not able to order specific sizes from their own website. I myself can buy the jeans online, but the store does not have access to their own website. So if you want to make an exchange you are limited to only the options within their store. I had to take store credit and come back later when they happen to have 36" inseam in stock. Again, why can't I order the jeans I want within the store?? What brand does this?"
