"If I was rating for the staff, it would be 5 stars. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. However, I've been noticing a steady decline in the selection of women's shoes. The gentleman I spoke to about it stated they were reducing their selection of all shoes, yet the men's selection has expanded on the wall and now takes up 4 sections. Women's and youth selection are reduced to 2 and 1 sections, respectively. I love Big 5, but if the selection doesn't improve, I'll have to take my business elsewhere."

"I went here for the first time in years and needed a tube and cheap pump for my bicycle. The manager was incredibly helpful and a great vibe throughout the store. After I checked out ( about 6:45 and dark outside), he went to his truck and shined his kc lights on so I could change the tube on the bicycle. It was a very great experience, to say the least. Recommend this particular big 5 to anyone who wants a pleasant experience."
