"UPDATE: Following our wedding, the company’s wedding department followed up With me, and made every effort to make it right. They explained how new the wedding department is, and the changes being made to improve communication with couples moving forward, while owning up to mistakes made. I was sincerely impressed with their dedication to making improvements! Following this conversation, I would recommend this company to couples planning a wedding. Also, as I’m starting to get my wedding photos back, the groomsmen look phenomenal in these clothes. Top notch quality. Previous review: I’ll start with the great things! The quality is fantastic. This brand is so flattering for men, and we will continue to shop here. The manager is very kind and helpful. BUT. Let me just say this. Do NOT do your wedding with this company. It has been nothing but trouble. Missing information in the system, no record of groomsmen names, or style they’re supposed to purchase, even though we told them several times. All we needed were custom pants and off the rack shirts. Pants were sized incorrectly, some came with belt loops, some came with both belt loops and buttons for suspenders, some came with neither. There was ZERO consistency. All we needed were pants with buttons and waist adjusters. 5 of them. Apparently that’s a difficult task. It’s extremely frustrating when the wedding department doesn’t respond. Nobody can help! Here I am days before my wedding, wondering if the brother of the groom will have pants to wear. Not ideal. Clothes are great. Weddings, not their thing."
