"Worst experience ever….. We took our boys back in October for measurements and this was a joke!!! We picked up last night I was there from 2pm until 8:00pm!!!! The sizes were all off and I ended up having to return the next day because the sewing machine broke. I could have given this a a Zero trust me this will me a nightmare!! Do not attend this shop! I should of checked the reviews before attending this shop. Our event is this weekend and for some reason one of my boys is still missing part of his suit. Very frustrating!!!"
"If i could give this place zero stars i DEFINITELY WOULD ! They like to rip people off with the deposit! if its "late" they keep the deposits. BUT they never give you a date and NEVER mentions that ALL the chambelanes have to Turn in at the SAME TIME! PLUS the people are rude!"
"Rentals needed some alterations but that's why they double check you haven't changed much in size before you try and take it. People were friendly and knowing how some people can be demanding they stayed calm and worked through the rush in one hr more than 7 suit adjusting all with different opinions on how it should look. Low prices decent suits great staff. Not 5 stars that's for beyond service required."
"Excellent fast customer service! Final fittings were done right on the spot in less than 1/2hour!!! Wow! Cadillac Tuxedo made a very stressful busy time for us nice and easy! The tuxedo fit perfect and the staff were so helpful and friendly. My daughter and her prom date were able to relax and enjoy a special day. Will use this shop over and over again. Thank you for making it so easy."
