"My wife and I visited this store yesterday. It is a small venue stocked with ample inventory. I prefer to see clothing in person as opposed to ordering online due to variations in color, quality, and size. The manager, Ann, and her male co-worker were very attentive. They held items for us as we shopped and also assisted in retrieving the correct size for us that wasn't on display. We were very impressed with their professional and thorough customer service skills as well as the outstanding quality of johnnie-O apparel. We will definitely bring our business to this brand in the future."

"I really love this little shop! I’ve been in twice. The first time I picked out a top for my dad for Father’s Day. He liked the top but it was too big for him, so I had to go back in to get a smaller size. I was worried I wouldn’t have been able to make it within the 30 days. It turns out their return/exchange policy was 60 days and even if I didn’t make it within the 60 days I could’ve returned the top unworn and gotten store credit, and then picked out another top. Both times I’ve been in were different gentlemen. Both super polite and kind, also very helpful. The second one was named Alex and he was great I could not have been served and helped any better today. I’ll be returning my business and I’ll be recommending to anyone who wants mens smart, nice clothes for them to come here. Have yet to see how long the quality of the tops last but the materials seems soft and comfortable."
