"I went into this location today to have a warranty done on my cellphone’s battery as I had a new battery put in my cellphone some time ago at another local location and the battery wasn’t showing a full charge since even when fully charged. Ryan, the Lead Technician kindly put a new battery in my phone and David the Store Manager assisted with the warranty. They both were very knowledgeable and did a great job. I 100% would recommend working with both of these kind gentlemen. Despite not working with any of the other staff at this location, I’m sure they too are wonderful at what they do, especially under David and Ryan’s leadership. Thanks an infinite amount."

"We have been buying batteries for 10 years from batteries plus store 694. I drove extra miles because of their excellent service. Over the last year. The service has deteriorated a lot. They are not as customer service oriented at all. Sometimes on the verge of rude. While service has gone down. Prices have been raising by almost 50 percent My social security has certainly not followed suit I bore the extra cost because the sales representative always seemed to at least try to give me a discount if I had trouble getting online to get one. Now they just say the price of the battery and said oh well prices have gone up. Unfortunately service went down. I have never brought a car battery for a core. The sales person asked me 3 times if I had bought a car battery. I finally asked him to go get the core so he would know I wasn’t trying to cheat him. Without hesitation he said yes let me go check your core. I felt like he was questioning my honesty. I will be buying my batteries at Cosco in the future Sandy Once a loyal customer"
