Family Dollar

"‼️!!!This is someone else’s story.!!!‼️ I need some advice tired of keeping quiet! So I use to work at the family dollar on Valencia and Camino de oeste. I first started off as a cashier and then went to assistant manager. The first year I was there I had a store manager named Debbie. I loved her! The next higher up was a lady named Jessica. A lot of things happened that led up to Jessica becoming the store manager. I did leave around the time that happened but was convinced by Jessica to come back and work for HER, the job is 4 min from my house and I needed the money. The first issue was I was getting paid 14.25 as a manager position while the other managers were getting around $18 every hour. Jessica was the worst boss I’ve ever worked for. S"

"Horrible service my husband bought me a pack of new ports this morning from this store and they were stale again this is the the third time I walked in to return the cigarettes were I was met with a supervisor who proceeded to tell me she would do the return with the receipt when I told her I can show her the transaction on my phone she then told ne she couldn't make returns on tobacco products so I was like you just told me you would make the return with a receipt I was very unhappy all I wanted was my money back so I can by them else were never buying tobacco products here agin and there employees need more training and need ro do better stocking this is ridiculous"

"Great, normal Family Dollar - I buy charcoal, ice, off brand Sterno, paper products at these stores. When available I also buy a 2# ground beef for around $8...this location had it all! I'm a happy camper!"

"Overall it was an quick ok experience, the main thing I chose and went to Family Dollar for was because I was hoping that they had a good sale or just even a sale on their Pepsi sodas but unfortunately they did not at all have any sales going on at all, it wasn't even a good price at all on their sodas, they were actually priced pretty high, so I wasn't able to buy what I mainly went in for, so I just decided to get 1 item I needed. The cashier that handled our cash out was kind of rude as well. So it wasn't that much of a pleasant visit or experience."
