Now I say particular AutoZone because really honestly I can't say the same of these at any other AutoZone. For example, a couple other AutoZone in the area, and I will not be naming where, hint hint. Terrible customer service from a couple individuals who represent the company and definitely absolutely no knowledge of how the system works as far as what you need for your vehicle and the warranties on things that you purchased.
