DXL Big + Tall

"Usually I have a good experience here and staff is friendly . But on my last visit I tried to return some items . Manager was very smug. Would only excjange for half price since I was over the 90 day return period.i live out of town and only venture in a couple times a year . Usually I have no issues returning items, they still had there tags on and had my c.c if needed and phone #. I also have noticed since covid some of the items are different socks are different and not as big and flexible. Same with the underwear fits different as well. Like they have different makers. Well I was disappointed."

"The staff were polite. Store was clean and organized. The selection of dress shirts and polos was great. The size selection of nerdy t-shirts was disappointing. Prices are way too expensive without a coupon in the mail. I wish their system tracked coupons they sent to you in case you forget yours at home. Parking is plentiful. However, getting in and out of this shopping area from Camelback can be daunting."

"Employee / manager that help me look for a suit when it was clear he didn't have what I needed he suggested she was a retailers of feature in they can call custom made suits for someone that might work on some form of commission based salary that is incredible service he also helped me with jeans and some Polo stuff will be back in the summer to buy his Callaway men's shirts from them"

"Wonderful place and very nice collection for big boys with sizes going Upto 7xl also. Very supportive staff and the place is very well managed with various types of clothing placed appropriately. Really liked the collection and the cost aspect also very decent. Must visit place for any big boys needs."

The store is filled with great stuff of all kinds. I never thought that I'd be excited to go shopping, but I can't wait to go into DXL Camelback again. Nina even told us about the rewards program.
