"UPDATE: CORPORATE HAS BEEN NOTIFIED!!! The pharmacy staff from the techs to the pharmacist are all rude and make you feel like you are bothering them. Then when you are told over the phone that you can pick your rx up and you go and then they tell you that it's too early come back another day. I am a pharmacy tech myself and I would never treat patients like they do. Most of the time it's either you can't get your rx cause by their calculator it's too early or it's out of stock and you have to wait till it comes in and there are no deliveries over the weekends. I have gone several days before without meds cause they do not have it in stock. This pharmacy used to be good and now it barely gets one star from me. I will be changing to a whole different pharmacy company from here on out. Unbelievable how they are ALLOWED to treat patients. I will be calling the corporate office and letting them know this is not right. You would think with all the negative reviews something would have been done already"

"Store is always clean. Pharmacy says they are too busy to do their job. The Walgreens pharmacy that I used in Charlotte,NC was very accommodating when it came to running my secondary insurance but this Walgreens pharmacy made the statement that they were TOO BUSY to process two insurance claims for my insurance. I have transferred my prescriptions to a different pharmacy other than Walgreens"

"Went to pick up a prescription and had a horrible experience with the pharmacy tech. First she had a nasty attitude with me after I relayed that I had pre-paid for my prescription so I just needed to scan the barcode. She then proceeded to cancel out the phone number process for rewards. When I asked to put my number in, she said she had to void the transaction and proceeded to rip everything out of the bags and slam it on the counter. After getting it voided, she aggressively told me to give her the bar code and to put my number in correctly this time. I don’t appreciate this experience especially considering this is the second time I’ve dealt with an unfriendly tech. I would hope in the future that behavior isn’t allowed. I will not be going back to get my prescriptions from this location."
