"March 2022 Failed At Basic Customer Service Family Dollar on 22nd st I called the store and ' Von' answered with ' Hello' ...I thought I called the wrong number. I told Von I was looking for a metal coffee mug. He came back and said they have it after checking the shelves. I asked him to put one behind the counter and I was on my way to get it. He said 'okay'. But there was no coffee cup when I got there. Bon told me somebody took it when he went back to get it. He should've called me back and let me know. RW"
