According to her its because I got no ice, I have gotten so many of these drinks and never have they charged me this much. Service here is the worst. Good thing they opened a mew starbucks accros the freeway, gonna go there now."
"I asked for a medium in a large cup nitro cold brew with 3 shots of espresso and fill it with cream It wasn't even half full . Got a refill and it was not even a third full. I travel everywhere and never have been ripped off like this. It's a $10 drink. I am never returning to this Starbucks. They were rude when I brought up how I go to other Starbucks and never got so little. Also no soap in the bathrooms."
"This is my Starbucks. And I love everybody who works there. They're all friendly, speedy, and efficient and take really good care of me. I can't drink coffee, but their Chai is delicious. The egg bites and the new little potato things are particularly tasty. I am a vegetarian. There are several choices from which I can choose, including their yummy baked goods. My only issue is that my Starbucks on the corner of Cortaro and Arizona Pavilions in Marana is too small. When it was remodeled, the work area was enlarged. That was a necessary improvement. In order to accomplish that, the cafe was eliminated. The parking lot is miniscule, and the traffic flow for the drive-thru congested. That's why I only gave it four stars instead of five."
